I provide coaching for capable, ambitious people who are ready to get clear, get grounded, and get back into the driver’s seat of their lives.
Together, we look at the whole picture — your work, money, relationships, identity, purpose, and the way you’re actually living — so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.

Maybe your life looks good from the outside, but internally you feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. You may be making good money without feeling truly prosperous. Your relationships may need attention. You may have lost touch with yourself somewhere along the way.
Or maybe nothing is obviously wrong. You simply know you’re ready for more.
Coaching gives you the space to slow down, sort through what isn’t working, and consciously decide what you want to create next.
Creating greater clarity, structure, and confidence around your financial life.
Improving your relationships with others while strengthening the relationship you have with yourself.
Letting go of old stories, reconnecting with who you are, and trusting your own decisions again.
Getting clear about where you are, where you want to go, and what needs to change to move forward.
Creating presence, balance, spiritual connection, and integrity between the different parts of your life.
To feel like the right things are finally in the right places — and that you’re hitting your stride again.

I built a successful real estate business and team and spent years working in business, sales, leadership, and customer service.
For more than a decade, I have also been deeply immersed in transformational work, emotional intelligence, spirituality, and personal growth.
I am a certified coach and Kundalini Yoga teacher and completed a two-year program in Spiritual Psychology. My life experience, including decades within the spiritual principles of 12-step recovery, has shaped the way I support people today.
I don’t believe my job is to give you all the answers.
I believe the most aligned answers are already within you.
My role is to create a space where you can hear them, trust them, and begin acting on them.
A typical coaching relationship includes:
Three private sessions each month
Usually around one hour each.
An integration week
Time to reflect, implement, and put what we uncover into practice.
Ongoing WhatsApp support
For accountability and support between sessions.
Sessions may include conversation, planning, accountability, reflection, breathing, movement, or simply creating enough space to see something differently.
There is no generic formula. The work meets you where you are.
We’ll talk about where you are, what you want to change or create, and what may be standing in the way.
You’ll also get a feel for how I coach, and we can decide together whether working together feels like the right fit.
